Frequently Asked Questions

Here you will find all important answers to any questions or concerns.

Quality & Fit

Is shipping free?

Phil Petter's clothing is not only stylish but also functional. We consciously focus on materials that naturally possess special properties.

A good example is merino wool: it regulates body temperature, has antibacterial properties, is breathable, and is naturally odor-neutral. Ideal for sweaters, jackets, and shirts that can be worn for several days without needing to be washed.

Lyocell is a cellulose fiber made from wood that offers special properties. Its production is even more resource-efficient than viscose, requiring even less water and chemicals.

The silky-soft, breathable, moisture-wicking, and exceptionally skin-friendly material is perfect for shirts and blouses worn directly against the skin. For more athletic garments, we use elastic or quick-drying yarns that combine comfort and performance.

The combination of natural fibers and modern textiles makes it possible to produce garments that adapt to the needs of everyday life: breathable, easy to care for, comfortable and durable.

For Phil Petter, functionality therefore does not mean "outdoor style", but rather a clever choice of materials for elegant, modern men's fashion, both outdoors and indoors , in business and in leisure time.

Which countries does Phil Petter ship to?

Each product description tells you whether the garment has a fitted, regular, or relaxed cut. The cuts are designed to adapt to the body and offer freedom of movement without adding bulk or appearing too baggy. Our fits are based on a contemporary, elegant silhouette that works for both everyday wear and business settings.

Most customers find the right style in their usual size. However, those who are between sizes or prefer a looser fit should choose the larger size if in doubt – especially with knitwear.
