In 1973, Corinna and Kurt Petter began producing exceptional knitwear with great enthusiasm in Dornbirn, in the border triangle of Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Knitting expertise par excellence: In the fall/winter collection 2024/25, more and more details such as pockets, collars or the complete waistline are done directly on the knitting machine.
Relaxed silhouettes and deliberately oversized highlights: Phil Petter underlines the international design language with his contemporary touch. Unique selling points such as skilful two-tone colors, sophisticated knit structures or the skilled interplay of high-quality yarns form the anchor points.
Winter Brightness: the focus is on bright, luminous tones such as natural, ice blue and silver. Complemented by navy, a timeless classic color. Beige also brings brightness, in contrast to a deep anthracite with apricot as an accent. The statement black lets an almost non-color dark green shine.

Phil Petter is pleased to present the new Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The collection combines cosmopolitan elegance with Austrian craftsmanship and
relies on high-quality materials and state-of-the-art technology.
Timeless and modern colors like khaki, graphite, navy, and black dominate for summer 2025. Polo shirts, shirts, and fine knits come in fresh, pastel shades like ice blue, purple, and matcha.
The highlight of the collection: an exciting capsule collection of artistically dyed knitwear, featuring innovative dyeing techniques such as gradient and corrosion. The sweaters are seamlessly knitted in Dornbirn and finished in Italy, making each piece unique.
THE BEGINNING
From hobby to profession - As a teenager, Kurt Petter enjoyed ski racing. The sportswear of his ski club was - as was common at the time - black or dark blue.
He has always been a fashion freak, so he wore a homemade, shock-colored yellow sweater with green cuffs and a red collar for the championship. Although he finished far behind in the first round and was eliminated in the second, it was very noticeable.
Suddenly everyone wanted his sweaters. That's when the idea of launching his own collection came about.
