SUSTAINABLE PREMIUM JERSEY

Viscose is a fiber that is obtained from the renewable raw material wood. The raw material wood comes from sustainably managed and certified forests in Austria. The forests used are systematically reforested. By using electricity from hydropower, the production is extremely environmentally friendly and CO² neutral.

The viscose fiber is spun into yarn with high twist. This results in the grainy feel, which also guarantees the durability and stability of the goods and is responsible for a nice drape and a good wearing comfort.

The dyeing and finishing is done according to Ökotex Standard 100 in a traditional family business with a lot of care and very gently. Only the highest quality dyes are used. Other jersey producers dye much cheaper - our manufacturer invests in the best, much more expensive dyes.

The entire production process - from the production of the yarn to knitting, dyeing, finishing and making up - takes place in Central Europe. Short transport routes are just as important to us as sustainable, regional production.

We sew our Sustainable Premium Jersey - Viscose Stretch products exclusively in our manufactory in Dornbirn.

The jersey is unrolled before cutting. This allows the fabric to relax for at least 24 hours. This is very important as our jersey has a high stretch content. If you don't do this, the T-shirts would shrink again during sewing or after steaming.

To ensure accuracy, the pieces are cut in a few layers and by hand. It is sewn on special sewing machines that are optimally adjusted to this quality.

We have been working with this material for years and have the know-how and experience to process such a difficult, elastic material. Our seamstresses have the necessary instinct and work with a lot of love on this high-quality product.
